The study is looking at services working in fourteen London boroughs; Barking and Dagenham, Barnet, Brent, Camden, Ealing, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Lewisham, Merton, Newham, Southwark, Tri-borough (Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham, & Kensington & Chelsea) and Waltham Forest.
