STEP Change team update

Action for Children has partnered up with three London boroughs to deliver a new programme providing intensive support to young people on the edge of care. Step Change is being run with Harrow, Barnet and Hounslow and offers three evidence-based programmes, depending on a young person’s circumstances. The programmes: Functional Family Therapy (FFT), Multi-systemic Therapy (MST) and Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) will mean young people at risk of going into care can stay with or return to their families and, ultimately, be diverted away from care altogether.
